Cancellation Policy

• Standard orders: 24 hours notice required
• Custom cakes: 72 hours notice required
• Wedding cakes: 2 weeks notice required
• Cancellation fees may apply

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates. Bake Galaxy is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
